General Product Information
Capodimonte products are handmade. Each product is individually made by
artisans. Details may vary from item to item since they are hand done.
Shipping
We ship by UPS Ground and UPS Air. Currently we only ship in the USA.
Standard shipping policy is within 3 business days of order date.
We ship Monday - Friday, so orders placed on the weekend will follow standard
shipping policy.
We are not responsible for late deliveries as we rely on UPS services. All packages
are left without signature.
Returns
We accept returns of unused merchandise in original packaging within 14 days of
order date. Merchandise must be in perfect condition. A refund will be provided less
the shipping charges.
